People can't trust you'll honor their wishes for flowers for their loved ones. I highly recommend people not trust you for funeral services. You wrote the wrong date and now are switching up trying to say flowers were due at the burial based on your staff talking to the funeral home and not viewing as I clearly stated the flowers needed to be at! Who delivers flowers to the graveside only despite the family clearly stating they needed to be delivered before the scheduled viewing?! I have all the text, you made a mistake and I and my mom paid the price. I then texted you that they were taking flowers to the grave and you made the comment that it was a short viewing and you'd rush them down to the grave site. That makes no sense, we had a whole conversation about the flowers at the viewing, why would I want flowers only at the burial? I called you during the viewing and you admitted you had written down Thursday and would rush up there. Why would I tell you I wanted flowers for a 12:30 viewing and you call to verify a burial time? I paid you, not the funeral director. You stated you'd be there around 10am and KNEW the flowers were to be there for the viewing. $600 should had at least allowed my mom to be surrounded during her open casket however the ball was completely dropped at a time that was so important. I stressed how important it was for my mom to have the flowers she wanted surrounding her and I had one chance to get it right. Though she did rush up to bring the flowers it was too late, they had to be placed at the burial site. She called back and apparently had wrote Thursday down rather than Wednesday. Yesterday I saw immediately my flowers were not surrounding my mom, I immediately had to leave the viewing to call. She asked what time we were going to arrive and I let her know, she then advised me she'd be there that morning around 10am or so to set up. Monday morning I texted that the viewing was Wednesday at 12:30pm and then called to confirm as well. I called on a Sunday (the evening of my mother's passing) to let her know the arrangements I'd want, I told her I'd call back Monday morning after my father met with the cemetery to let her know day/time. Just have to make the time to sit down and do it.She is super nice and compassionate so I hate to make this review.
